Frequently Asked Questions

Who is the best person to advise on inheritance tax?

The best guidance usually comes from a coordinated team: an estate planning attorney for legal documents, a CPA or tax professional for tax filings and projections, and a CFP® or ChFC advisor for integrating inheritance tax concerns with investments, retirement accounts, insurance, and cash flow. Barking Sands Capital helps coordinate those moving parts so tax decisions support your broader financial plan.
