Frequently Asked Questions

What estate planning methods do wealthy families use?

Wealthy families often use coordinated strategies such as revocable and irrevocable trusts, business succession plans, gifting strategies, life insurance planning, charitable planning, tax-aware investment management, and family governance structures. For entrepreneurs, the business itself is usually central to the plan, so valuation, ownership transfer, liquidity, and tax coordination must be reviewed together with legal counsel and tax advisors.
