Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between estate planning and trust administration?

Estate planning is the process of organizing your wishes, assets, beneficiaries, tax considerations, and key documents before incapacity or death. Trust administration begins after a trust is active or after the grantor passes away, focusing on carrying out trust terms, coordinating distributions, managing assets, and addressing tax reporting needs.
